Role of Bhorosha: Bhorosha is only a digital intermediary. We do not own, manage, inspect, or lease land. We connect parties and may optionally act as a neutral witness if both parties agree.
No Liability in Post-Deal Outcomes: We are not responsible for land use, disputes, or outcomes after a lease is finalized. Users should conduct due diligence and seek legal support independently.
Verification and Content Accuracy: Bhorosha does not verify listings. All information is user-submitted and their responsibility.
Service Fees and Optional Services: Some services are paid. Fees are disclosed, and refunds are not guaranteed after delivery.
User Conduct: Users must not post illegal/fraudulent listings, misrepresent ownership, or bypass the platform.
Governing Law: Terms follow the laws of Bangladesh including the Contract Act 1872 and Transfer of Property Act 1882.
Dispute Resolution: Bhorosha is not liable to mediate. Users should pursue legal remedies via courts or arbitration.
Modifications: Terms may change. Continued use implies acceptance.

শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা: ভরসা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে আপনি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী এই শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
ভরসার ভূমিকা: ভরসা শুধুমাত্র সংযোগ মাধ্যম। আমরা জমি মালিকানা করি না বা চাষ করি না। উভয় পক্ষ চাইলে সাক্ষী হিসেবে থাকতে পারি।
চুক্তির পর দায়বদ্ধতা: চুক্তির পর জমির ব্যবহার বা বিরোধের জন্য ভরসা দায়ী নয়। উভয় পক্ষকে আইনি সহায়তা নিতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
তথ্য যাচাই: জমি বা তথ্য যাচাই ভরসা করে না। সব তথ্য ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্বে।
সেবা ফি: কিছু সেবা পেইড, যেমন প্রিমিয়াম লিস্টিং। ফি পরিশোধের পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ: অবৈধ লিস্টিং, প্রতারণা, বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম বাইপাস নিষিদ্ধ।
আইন: এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশে প্রচলিত আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে।
বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি: ভরসা সালিশ বা আদালতের পরিবর্তে নয়। আইনগত সহায়তা গ্রহণ করুন।
